Role Overview
This is a key role within the business to work on a new project with the implementation and delivery of the CPS 230 compliance solution. You will work closely with the Project Manager and Senior Business Analyst to help gather business requirements, process map (as-is & to-be), as well as helping conduct workshops with a range of different stakeholders impacted across the business.
Candidates will have experience in hands on delivery of CPS 230 recently and ideally possess experience in Financial Services, preferably Insurance.
- Work with the project team and key stakeholders to prioritise, plan and execute delivery of requirements
- Willingness to drive change by challenging the status quo in pursuit of efficient and effective processes for the business.
- Stakeholder Management (Multiple departments)
- Validation, documentation and maintaining traceability
- Coordinating or completing efficient testing of deliverables to ensure they meet the documented requirements
- Conducting reviews of current business processes and suggest improvements where applicable
- Delivering training to internal staff on developments and projects with supporting documentation
- 3-5 years of Business Analysis experience minimum (Business BA)
- Experience in delivering CPS 230 - Mandatory
- Insurance experience nice to have
- Experience working across waterfall and Agile methodologies
