Formula for Success
As Digital Business Analyst, you'll act as project manager for digitalisation of business and services, ensuring project milestones are met on time and within budget. The role supports a broad range of technologies within BASF and requires an agile approach to developing digital skills and applying them to solve business challenges.
You'll:
- Coordinate multiple concurrent improvement initiatives and report on progress.
- Proactively prioritize digitalisation initiatives that add most value for BASF and its customers.
- Utilise low-code platforms and data analysis techniques to extract valuable insights.
- Act as conduit for teams to raise escalations where support on digital topics is required.
- Stay current with relevant emerging technologies and industry trends to continually improve digitalisation outcomes.
Ingredients for Success
To be successful in this role, you'll have a strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large data sets from multiple sources. You'll be a natural communicator, able to engage and influence stakeholders of various levels, providing meaningful insights and recommendations.
You'll:
- Hold a degree in IT or similar discipline.
- Be highly diligent with excellent attention to detail.
- Display strong organisational and time management skills.
- Advanced MS Excel Skills, with SAP experience a plus
