Job Summary
- Provide market intelligence and maintain all relevant KPI data required for the Dealer performance reviews on the distribution landscape supporting the local Distribution Management team, including maintenance of Dealer territories and corresponding maps.
- Support strategic marketing & brand governance with local fact-based market data on the cluster.
- Provide AGCO brands with brand-specific local data related to distribution and market shares, broken down by market segments.
- Coordinate distribution master data maintenance including distribution contract data for AGCO’s core brands in the cluster.
- Coordinate and participate in yearly dealer standards as well as DPR process.
- Support the development and implementation of central distribution management tools and programs in the cluster.
- Support the rollout of the Distribution of the Transformation plan.
What a typical day in your new role may you like:
- Act as the Secretary for the ANZ DM meeting.
- Create and administer the required Dealer Agreements / Termination Letters.
- Create the as required invoice/claims reports for financial reporting and Business Plan payment.
Participate in Distribution Management initiatives:
- Update the Dealer Performance Review (DPR) and Dealer Network Transformation (DNT) data input on a quarterly basis for both AU/NZ.
- Manage the DPR survey process.
- Maintain the Distribution Management ANZ Dealer Standards program.
- Manage the production and installation of correct dealer signage across the ANZ network.
Manage data driven activities:
- Co-ordinate all ANZ wholegoods dealer change maintenance on our systems (MDG and Salesforce).
Your Impact
Support the rollout of the Distribution Management network transformation plan by:
- Supporting dealers and internal functions in the definition of growth plans
- Participating to application and growth plan negotiations and follow-up meetings
- Responsible for master data management and provide precise and current analytical data
- Data collection, local reporting
- Mapping of dealer master data
- Performance data and dealer territories statics
- Support the Distribution Management Cluster lead and Distribution Managers with all data related matters.
- Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
- Conduct Dealer reviews, documentation and agreed action plans.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Diploma or Batchelor Degree in relevant discipline.
- Autonomous, well-structured and diligent work standard.
- 2 – 5 years of experience in ag industry and/or working with dealer networks preferred.
- A good background and experience in information management.
- IT systems knowledge (MS Office).
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- The ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and shows a strong ability to prioritize tasks.
- A basic knowledge/understanding of the regulations and legislation of the Data Protection Act.
