About the RoleAs our key Business Analyst, you’ll work closely with external clients and internal stakeholders to document business requirements and work with the Product Manager to contribute to the product roadmap. You’ll be focused on delivering value to our clients by ensuring our software excels at providing all their needs. You’ll also work with our Development and Project teams to help them deliver the products and strengthen our reputation with clients.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Gather, assess, and document business and system requirements.
- Identify and translate customer needs to contribute to product roadmaps.
- Build a scope of works for all projects, drawing on current and future solution capabilities.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to maximise product value for our customers.
- Develop relationships with clients throughout sales and implementation phases of projects.
- Keep abreast of competing products and identify market differentiating features.
- Foster a strong working relationship with the Product Manager to keep projects and solutions aligned.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Proven commercial experience in Business Analyst roles.
- Experience with software delivery and integration projects.
- Experience writing user stories and working with Agile development teams.
- Proven experience generating quality process documentation and reports.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of business acumen.
- History of working with government and non-profit organisations is ideal but not essential.
