About the Role
The Delivery Business Analyst will support the planning, delivery and implementation of the strategic road map for the workstreams within the Risk Transformation program of work. The Delivery Business Analyst will play an integral part in requirements gathering then obtaining, reviewing and analysing information for the various initiatives to support successful delivery.

Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008
Role Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, Full time (40 hours/week)
Note: The job level of the role may vary dependent on the relevant experience and capabilities of the successful candidate.
What will your day look like?
As a Business Analyst in Modelling Reporting & Analytics, you will:
Assist in the design, implementation and benefits expectations of the scope of work for the workstream including but not limited to business process, procedure and framework analysis, reporting etc
Validate requirements with the right stakeholders to ensure that proposed approach meets the business needs
Ensure the crossover with connected programs is identified and actively managed to reduce delivery silos and/or duplication or work
Ensure identified issues are shared effectively and fed back into the wider program to address
Outputs should assist in the driving standardisation and simplification in the business
Identify inefficiencies, problem solving and work collaborative to provide solutions to meet the transformation agenda
Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders in order to achieve objectives.
Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand strategic business requirements, gather feedback and management of analysis all the while ensuring alignment to purpose and priorities.
Ensure ANZ's core values and behaviours are always maintained in dealing with staff, colleagues, and customers
What will you bring?

Proven experience and understanding in delivery and governance principles.
Identify, understand, and analyse processes, data review and challenges.
A passion and curiosity for the employee experience and demonstrated success in developing and executing innovative end-to-end people solutions in a complex environment.
Strong collaboration and relationship management experience with internal and external stakeholders.
Expert experience in business analysis and problem solving
Ability to leverage available data to tell a story & develop insights into employee and business needs and behaviour, ensuring they are represented through narratives and visual means
Interpret, evaluate, and interrelate data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making.
Confidently presents findings, recommendations within the team and to stakeholders and senior leadership
