As our Business Analyst you'll be curious by nature, detail oriented and a great relationship builder. You will be responsible for identifying and analysing business needs to drive efficiencies and to enhance technology platforms and products in line with the Global Flight Centre Travel Group strategy. You'll be experienced in analysing and identifying business needs and improvements to assist with driving efficiencies across internal processes and improving technology platforms and products.

Day to day:
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Develop use cases and process flows to support the development of software solutions
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand business needs and pain points
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are aligned with business goals
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
- Create business cases and cost-benefit analyses to support business opportunities
- Participate and contribute to the Business Analyst Community of Practice
- Participate in user acceptance testing and ensure that solutions meet business requirements
- Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials
- You have 2+ years professional experience in a Business Analyst role
- Extensive knowledge of requirements gathering process, design and architecture etc
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledgeable in business process improvement, software development life cycle methodologies, and experience in creating commercial business cases to understand the ROI of opportunities
- Outstanding relationship builder with high emotional intelligence
- Knowledge in business process re-engineering and improvement
- Well-developed verbal communication skills and strong facilitation skills
- Good quality documentation skills, both technical and non-technical
- Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills
