Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing an experienced 'Business Analyst'. The key role is to prepare documentation that correctly describes system workflow, data and functionality, and to test the resulting systems.
Key Criteria:
- Elicit business and technical requirements using various engagement techniques including process mapping, data and systems analysis, requirements (design) workshops, meetings, and task and workflow analysis.
- Prepare current state and future state business process maps and the existing BPR methodology. Decompose and clarify high-level, complex business and user requirements, specified to a sufficient level of detail to enable technical design and build.
- Build positive relationships with colleagues, clients and vendors.
- Respond to requests for information and clarification from internal and external service providers responsible for developing source systems and source system interfaces.
- Participate in peer reviews and inspections and provide constructive input.
- Participate in Benefit Realisation activities as required.
- Rapidly learning enough about clinical processes and jargon to be effective.
