Our government client is seeking 4 ICT Business Analysts in Parramatta to bridge the gap between clients and technical staff, ensuring successful system implementations.
Role Highlights:
- Documentation & Testing: Prepare accurate documentation and test systems to meet client requirements.
- Client Interaction: Extensive interaction with clients, colleagues, and providers to ensure success.
- Support AMS Contract IT system users to minimise downtime.
- Monitor and manage issue register for the AMS Contract IT system.
- Deliver training to Department staff on the AMS Contract IT system.
- Provide expertise and advice for developing solutions via the AMS Contract IT system.
- Collaborate with the Manager and team to optimise IT and business systems related to the AMS contract.
- Develop systems and processes to support the AMS Contract IT system.
- Network with stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Generate innovative solutions for various risk levels and problem complexities.
- IT support role experience.
- Knowledge of current database administration practices.
- Salesforce Administration experience.
- Proficiency with Dataloader Desktop, Dataloader.io, and/or Mulesoft Integration Support.
Location and Contract Term:
- Location: Parramatta, Sydney
- Contract Term: Initial 1-month contract with a high possibility of extension.
- Full Australian Work Rights required.
