About the Role
Role & Team Overview The design and planning team is responsible for AGL’s Operations and Corporate IT initiative pipeline analysis, planning the allocation of resources that are required for the delivery team to be successful. This role ensures development of business solutions, process mapping, requirements gathering, operational support guides and project and architecture assistance to enable project/s to be successful. As a part of your role, you will help the team with continuously improving our processes and analytical reports.
What you’ll be doing
Requirements gathering, business and Service Support Guide development, process mapping & documenting processes.
Participate in the delivery of various approved business solutions.
Ensure business solutions are fit for purpose and align to technology standards/guidelines.
Assist the transition of business solutions into production.
Data analysis to identify improvement opportunities and prepare & present dashboards & reports.
About you
Demonstrated experience working within teams and delivery functions.
Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and investigatory skills.
Requirements gathering, process mapping and good documentation skills.
Interpersonal and stakeholder management skills and the ability to work within constraints.
Experience with Power BI and other Reporting platforms would be advantageous.
