Our client is looking for a Business Analyst with project scheduling experience to join a large transformation project.
Working closely with business stakeholders you will be responsible for project scheduling/ tracking and project documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong MS Project experience.
Responsibilities will include:
- Analysing business requirements
- Project documentation
- Project scheduling/ project budgeting
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or other relevant discipline or similar experience in a similar position.
- 4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role
- Experience with MS Project
- Demonstrated experience performing Business Analysis on ICT projects in large organisations.
- Strong experience in developing and managing Microsoft Project schedules
- Strong understanding of project accounting principles and demonstrable experience in project budgeting and forecasting including advanced skills in Excel
- Strong experience in setting up and coordinating workshops and meetings
- Strong experience in developing business requirements and other deliverables across the project management lifecycle
- Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Visio
- Well-developed communication skills (both written and verbal), and the ability to communicate with a wide variety of technical and non-technical
- Proactive and dynamic personality.
