About the role
As a Business Consultant in our Member & Employer Experience team (MEX), you will play a key role in defining, capturing, and documenting requirements that define policies, business rules and processes. This role is offered as an initial Fixed Term role until March 2025. You will be based in Melbourne with flexible working.
You will be involved in process mapping activities for highly critical initiatives within a process centre of excellence. You will also be assessing and promoting Business Readiness activities for change across multiple projects related to MEX.
Success in this role requires complex stakeholder engagement experience, coupled with experience leading process continuous improvement in a complex service delivery environment. The successful person may have come from a Consultant / BA background, with core principles transferable into this role.
You will play a key role in the documentation and analysis of the interdependencies of our member journey, and ensuring the business understands the context of any change related to the quality of our member experience.
About You
- Proven experience in using business analysis techniques including elicitation, documentation, interviewing techniques, conducting workshops, process mapping, modelling, gap analysis, traceability and business scenarios;
- Experience in superannuation related projects would be desirable;
- Experience in analysing continuous improvements through Kaizen and lean methodology;
- Experience in process documentation and modelling;
- Understands concepts of Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid approach;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and strong attention to detail;
- Experienced in working with external vendors;
- Competent knowledge of the Project Life Cycle, Business Process Management and Change Management;
