The role as our BDM you will;
- Create, deliver and report on an annual Business Development plan, focusing on new business and revenue streams,
- Work closely with Evolution Managers and Stakeholders to secure and build new business opportunities.
- Manage existing clients and employees across a wide range of industries,
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders regarding labour requirements
- Implement new marketing strategies to increase awareness of Evolution Group and measure customers experiences and requirements,
- Oversee the management of administration functions; tenders, plans and forecasts to ensure current profitability and business risks are identified and mitigated.
- Champion and track activities on our CRM system (Salesforce and PowerBI)
- Ensure contracts are monitored and profitability maximised by monitoring contract compliance, rates and passing on relevant costs.
- Working safely in accordance with codes of practice and WHS Acts and relevant legislation,
About You! Essential Criteria:
- Strong, Business Development Management or account management experience,
- A strong drive and innovative approach to looking at new business, and new opportunities,
- Experience in cold calling / outbound calling
- Experience with face-to-face customer interaction
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical & numerical skills
- Strong Negotiating skills
- Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Outlook and PowerPoint.
