As a Business Development and Account Manager at YourPorter, your main focus will be working closely with real estate agents to introduce our value proposition and convert them into loyal clients.

- Building and maintaining relationships with real estate directors and staff.
- Actively prospecting and generating new clients through various channels.
- Presenting the YourPorter service and effectively communicating its benefits to potential clients.

- Being organised and thorough in tracking leads, sales activities, and client interactions.
Qualifications:
- Prior sales or real estate experience is highly favourable.
- Naturally energetic with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey the value of YourPorter to potential clients.
- Tenacity and persistence to overcome objections and close deals.
- Strong organisational skills to manage a pipeline of leads and clients effectively.
- Ability to understand and adapt to client's needs, providing tailored solutions.
