The company is a non-bank lender originating loans through the broker channel and offers commercial property backed loans. Due to rapid growth, a new and exciting role has been created for a results driven A player who is passionate about building client-facing relationships and is keen to learn about this exciting industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Conducting market research, profiling and segmenting clients in the database
- Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships and generating new opportunities
- Maintaining client information in the CRM database
- Developing client service and retention plans
- Attending face to face client meetings with the Sales Director (during training)
- Assist with drafting sales pitches, presentations and other documents (as required)
- Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.
About You:
- Drive to learn and be successful in a sales/relationship management role
- Energetic and polite phone manner
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Keen interest in banking and finance
- Be a team player and aligned with our core values
- Phone-based sales or customer service experience is a plus
