As a Learning & Development Associate you will support Tesla across Australia and New Zealand. Working closely with leadership and stakeholders you will identify, develop, deliver, measure and report on sales and customer experience training to support Tesla’s performance and delivery of our mission.  You will be responsible for continuous improvement by partnering closely with the field, leadership and global L&D teams to execute specific business objectives.

  Generate new sales opportunities and move them through the funnel by drafting outreach messages and sequences, and identifying the needs of customers
