Business Development Manager - Carbon Markets

As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding the firm's client base and strengthening their market position. You'll work closely with businesses to understand their sustainability challenges and objectives, delivering tailor-made solutions that align with their net zero ambitions. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic Business Development plans to penetrate new markets and acquire new clients, focusing on carbon credit solutions and offset programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various industries, understanding their unique needs and offering customized carbon management solutions.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Solutions team to develop innovative offerings that meet the evolving demands of the market and support clients' sustainability goals.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in the Carbon Markets to advise clients effectively and position the company as a leader in the field.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and workshops to enhance the firm's visibility and leadership in the Carbon Markets.

About You:

• Proven track record in Business Development, preferably in the Carbon Markets, sustainability consulting, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of carbon credits, offset programs, and the broader landscape of Carbon Markets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for sustainability and a drive to deliver impactful solutions to clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Business, Economics, or related fields.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and dedication to driving business growth.
