ABOUT THE ROLE
We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a passionate and driven individual to join the Mainfreight Ballarat team. As a Business Development Executive, you will oversee a well-sized sales territory, including Horsham, Ararat, Maryborough, Bacchus Marsh, Daylesford & of course Ballarat.
The region is an unsung gem of the West – whether you’re a foodie, an outdoor explorer, or just like the appeal of regional living, then there is something here for you!
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Be able to Identify opportunities and maintain an effective pipeline of new business prospects
- Build, prepare, and present tailored service and pricing proposals for our customers in response to their needs
- A focus on achieving your individual new business target goal
- KPI reporting and management
- Ensure all new customers have a positive and smooth experience through their onboarding process
- Participate in and contribute strongly to our Big M meetings
