Job Description
We are looking for a Hunter! Someone who will enthusiastically spread the good word about Advance Transport and all the improvements we can provide to our clients business'.
We will provide full training on our company, our services, this industry and the basics of selling. However, a good attitude and hunger to grind and excel are required.
This is a full-time permanent position. It is a hybrid role which involves working half the week in the office and the other out on the road.
Simplified week
Monday/Wednesday/Friday:
-Use yourself obtained leads to contact companies daily to organise in-person meetings.
-Monitor the activity of the accounts you have already onboarded and be available to answer their questions.
Tuesday/Thursday:
- Out in the field selling, completing the appointments you previously booked.
- Visiting your existing clients to make sure they are happy
- Walk ins. Introducing yourself to other businesses in the area.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Achieving per period and year-to-date budget figures by meeting your activity targets set.
- Following the Company induction training and Sales Manual while making the sales calls.
- Sourcing new business leads through a variety of methods, and managing the relationship with new clients to ensure we retain their business.
