What we are looking for in a Business Development Manager is someone who is a self-starter, a salesperson with a heart for caring for our business and our potential clients, a geek in the IT industry, and someone who could drive business meetings to productive and closing deals from business leaders around the globe.

ITSM deliver people solutions, ICT infrastructure support & technology across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and the Philippines, with affiliated Infinite group offices throughout Europe.
About the Role:
After successfully building the business for more than 10 years, ITSM is ready for the next stage of growth.
Focused predominantly on ICT Infrastructure services, you will be selling hardware maintenance, ICT resources, staff augmentation and bespoke project solutions. Our customers are located in Australia and overseas so you can expect a diversity of customers, locations and solutions. You will be supported by a team of pre & post-sales support to ensure your success. You will need to be able to work with a team situated onshore or offshore and you will need to be comfortable working autonomously to meet targets.
Skills and Experience:
To be successful in this role:
- Minimum 4 years experience selling enterprise ICT solutions, preferably service
- Must have extensive experience in end to end Business Development process, generating new businesses based in AU and global
- Confident in building relationship with business leaders around the globe
- Genuine ability to engage and build relationship with customers and team.
- Successful history of exceeding sales targets and a sharp eye on producing a result.
- Ability to execute a ICT sales process - managing CRM, territory planning, customer planning and influence, proposal writing and excellent time management
*This is a remote work setup but will be required to travel to Sydney Australia every 3 months.
