We are looking for a Business Development Manager to grow our business and increase rent roll managements. We require someone who is proficient in strategic planning, setting and reaching goals, and working with people inside and outside of the business. As a member of our team, you’ll help identify leads, offer proposals to new clients, and build relationships with clients and co-workers alike.
A generous base salary and uncapped earning potential is offered for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the rent roll.
- Determine key Business Development KPIs
- Work alongside agency Principal and Property Managers to manage rent roll progression
- Build strong relationships with clients, industry professionals, vendors and other personnel
- Develop sales strategy for new business and onboard new customers
- Stay up to date with regular market research
- Following up with new leads and referrals generated from the office.
- Contribute to the reputation of the organization by entering and achieving professional awards.
- Manage the entire property lifecycle, including leasing, entry, exit, and all other duties associated with property management.
- Collaborate with our dedicated support team for lease preparation, arrears check, and administrative support.
- Current Real Estate sale agent Licence or Registration
- Experience and proven track record as a BDM or Sales Agent (industry knowledge and experience highly regarded)
