Key Responsibilities:
· Proactively growing a client base in the mechanical and electrical sector
· Manage existing clients and building strong commercial relationships by gaining a full understanding of prospect business and requirements
· Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
· Developing long lasting relationships by interacting with customers on a regular basis providing professional support
· Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.
· Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to ensure goals are met.
Skills and Experience:
· Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role within the service and/or contracting industry.
· Technical Background
· Strong understanding of the market dynamics in both service and contracting sectors.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
