Role Overview
As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our VETiS programs, forging and nurturing relationships with schools & ensuring students have access to valuable vocational education opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with schools across South East Queensland.
- Program Promotion: Actively promote our VETiS programs, highlighting the benefits to schools, students & their families.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with career advisors & other key stakeholders.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities & stay informed about trends in the education and vocational training sectors.
- Sales & Targets: Achieve enrolment targets by developing & implementing effective sales strategies.
- Support & Guidance: Provide ongoing support & guidance to schools to ensure the successful delivery and uptake of our programs.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: Proven experience in Business Development, sales or partnership management, preferably within the education sector.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal & written communication skills with the ability to engage & influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Networking Abilities: Strong networking skills & the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Passion for Education: A genuine passion for education & a belief in the value of vocational training.
- Self-Motivation & Autonomy: A proactive, self-motivated individual who can maintain autonomy in most instances while being a team player.
- Accountability & Responsibility: Demonstrated ability to be accountable and responsible for ensuring expectations are met.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel within South East Queensland as required.
