Key responsibilities:
• Drive market expansion through strategic Business Development
• Secure new business by identifying and engaging potential clients through phone, email and LinkedIn
• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery for clients
• Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and legal requirements
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager to ensure strategic objectives are met
• Consistently achieve key performance indicators
The ideal candidate will possess:
• Proven track record in Business Development and client relationship management
• Extensive experience in sales and / or Account Management
• Be an excellent team player who loves contributing to company goals
• Capability to understand recruitment industry best practices
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
