About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of the business. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting the unique service offering.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the facilities services sector, focusing on lighting, HVAC, and automation solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure solutions meet client requirements and expectations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
About You
Proven experience in Business Development
Sound understanding of lighting, HVAC, and automation systems is preferred
