As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success in our VIC Branch. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships and expanding our market presence.

The Role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our VIC Sales Team! Reporting to the General Manager, your new position will see you focused on developing relationships with a nominated list of large corporate accounts, qualifying their go to market timing, understanding their unique requirements and delivering Kyocera’s value proposition.
About you:
- Experience using CRM systems and the ability to stay organised across multiple opportunities.
- Printer/copier/solutions or related industry experience as a direct sales professional with a proven record of achieving sales targets in a business-to-business environment.
- Hold strong knowledge of the business or capital equipment industries.
- Refined relationship developmental skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills and the confidence to present to senior decision makers.
- A team player, who enjoys working in a positive and rewarding environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
