APAC FM have been briefed to source a BDM or Technical Account Manager for a leading HVAC solutions company to maximize their ‘platinum client accounts’ for existing clients/buildings in Darwin.
Due to the strategic growth & a recent acquisition my client are looking for strong candidates who can increase their market share.

Responsibilities:
- Maximize all opportunities with existing clients & services in estimating & developing superior proposals.
- Take the reins for the full NT region, take ownership of senior Client relationships and Major project sales.
- Deliver high quality bid/tender submissions focused on customer value.
- Network and business develop with key suppliers, builders, Subcontractors, existing clients and broader NT industry.
- Penetrate new markets offering clients upgraded & full solutions.
Experience:
- Strong market knowledge across Mechanical, Construction &/Or HVAC.
- Proven sales ability within complex environments.
- Strong communicator & ability to negotiate.
- Ability to forecast, understand P&L statements and project trends etc.
