About Us: Arctic Installations is the Territory's only manufacturer and installer of Insulated Panel solutions. We operate a state-of-the-art insulated panel manufacturing line, producing high-quality insulated sandwich panels to keep the Territory and the wider area cool. As we continue our rapid expansion, we are seeking a dedicated Business Development professional to join our dynamic team in East Arm, Darwin.
Location: East Arm, Darwin, NT (Will have a couple of days travel within the Northern Territory and North of Western Australia)
Type: Full-time
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and new markets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals with the management team.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in Business Development, sales, or a related field.
- Understanding of the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business Development or sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
