Job description
Working in a small but significant team of talented individuals and a pivotal role in growth across the ANZ region. Your initial focus will be building relationships with enterprise organisations throughout ANZ that hire in high volumes.
Key Responsibilities:
Build relationships with new prospects, qualifying them in/out for opportunities,
Build and manage your sales pipeline relative to quota and targets and elevate status/progress with the sales leadership team
Partner with marketing on campaigns & events to build brand awareness in your target market, Engage and collaborate with prospects at all levels (from Talent Acquisition leads to C-level executives)
Ability to meet (and preferably) exceed sales goals and targets quarter on quarter,
Innovating Sales - discover and implement new and interesting ways of engaging your dedicated prospect segment, and
Build relationships internally to share information and contribute to the development of clients' product.

You should have previous experience developing leads and meeting sales quotas.

You are self-organised with a passion for progress over perfection, whilst keeping an eye on the details,
Willingness and excitement to get out there and hustle
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and work proactively to learn and optimise skills to succeed
Experience in SAAS sales, and/or HR tech will be looked upon favourably.
