The Role Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, this role will primarily concentrate on delivering best in class partnership management, new partner acquisition and driving revenue growth. You will:
- Execute the organisations partner strategy across key campaigns.
- Secure new partners, with a specific focus on existing and new campaigns, as well as be responsible for the creation of partnership proposals and sponsorship packages.
- Support the Head of Partnerships with budget development and delivery of relevant board reports
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Communication team to create and implement partner communication plans
- Deliver on operational and contractual requirements across campaigns.
- Develop multiyear strategies and agreements as well as manage critical relationships across the organisation.
- Oversee all partner activations and engagement activities.
- Enhance and strengthen major partnerships with leading retailers
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing national corporate partners, ideally across retail or FMCG.
- Experience with strategy delivery, managing budgets and project management.
- You will be commercially astute with a growth mindset as well as be a critical, innovative, and progressive thinker.
- You will have proven success in prospecting and securing major partnership agreements.
