About the role
The Business Development Manager is responsible for spearheading the growth of the business, through strategic partnerships, account management and enhanced customer relationships. This includes new business opportunities, managing existing relationships, and generating revenue.
This role requires strategic planning, a deep understanding of the industry and an ability to connect with everyone you come across.
You will be responsible for:
- Meeting deadlines and KPI’s
- Meeting monthly sales goals
- Networking and stakeholder management
- Project management
- Technical skills
- Fulfilling all duties and responsibilities of a Legal Signatory (NATA)
IF THIS FEELS LIKE YOU, THEN READ ON…
To be successful in this role you will have:
- 5years+ experience as a Soil Technician in South Australia
- 1years+ experience in a people leadership, or BDM role
- Proven sales organizational and leadership capabilities within a professional engineering or geotechnical background developing reports from initial enquiry to final delivery
- Relevant qualification in Engineering or other field and/or extensive industry experience
- Highly proficient using Word, Geotester and/or other industry related software
- Valid driver’s licence
