Our client is one of the leading suppliers in their field. They service government departments, as well as local and national high-profile businesses.
The Role:
We are seeking a high performing account representative/Business Development Manager with an ability and drive to promote sales, as well as growth for our client.
Your core duties & responsibilities will include:
- Building and fostering relationships for both new and existing customers.
- Identifying and cold calling potential customers.
- Converting opportunities to sales from internal leads.
- Visiting existing clients and maintaining positive relationships.
- Reactivation of archived and non-active accounts.
- Proven ability with IT systems and CRM.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work.
- Teamwork across all sections: Work closely with all staff, progressing efficient direction and communication.
- Time efficiency : Ability to utilise strategies to order tasks efficiently, meeting the desired outcomes of the business.
- Ability and willingness to travel interstate when necessary (approx. 1 to 3 nights per month)
- Successfully achieving KPI's and benchmarks
What you will need to succeed:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the packaging industry. (desired)
- Can do attitude with great rapport building skills (essential)
- Highly Competent in utilising CRM, software, and technology to ensure operations flow effectively. (essential)

About You:
- You have proven communication and interpersonal skills, including demonstrated ability to build and sustain positive relationships with all customers (including potential customers)
- Disciplined with drive to succeed to achieve targets.
- Effective and efficient use of time to ensure client facing time is maximised.
