About the role
Main tasks: Create and maintain strong relationships with a range of business clients
Other tasks:
- Grow the business by identifying new target markets that could benefit from the company's offering
- Work with existing clients in local government, water authorities, remedial work
- Manage the process for large tenders and multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborate with the regional manager to establish and meet KPIs and other metrics
- Use your exceptional sales skills to drive business growth and contribute to the company's year-on-year success.

What you must have to apply for this role:
- Proven success in technical sales
- Ability to win new business through proposals, tenders and further existing relationships
- A valid Australian driver's licence
- Solid presentation skills, both face-to-face & over the phone.
You will be highly regarded if you also have:
- A positive, can-do attitude
- The capability to act proactively & decisively
- Experience working with paints, coating or related equipment.
