Our office is located in the heart of Yarrabilba and we have an exciting opportunity for a devoted & enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join our team.
We are a client-focused and passionate team that can help you succeed in your role. The successful candidate will be required to expand the existing business portfolio focusing on Yarrabilba and the surrounding suburbs. Prepare, develop and implement an integrated strategy aligned with the goals of the organisation along with providing a high level of customer service in fulfilment of the role's objectives. You will work closely with a highly skilled team of property professionals, fostering a culture of teamwork and supporting risk-taking across the organisation.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Portfolio acquisition management
- Mentoring and team motivation to contribute to the growth of the portfolio & organisation Manage daily functions and systems
- Liaising with clients
- Managing online advertising / property enquiries
- Conducting rental appraisals
- Continually working out effective ways to implement and grow the company
Qualifications & experience
- Previous experience in a residential property management and/or Business Development management within real estate
- An Australian driver's licence
- Certificate of Registration / Real Estate License
- Positive attitude and willingness to make the most of this opportunity
- Strong team player with leadership qualities
- Looking for a long-term role and stability
- Have excellent customer service skills and experience
- Have strong attention to detail
- Operate within relevant Regulatory and Compliance legislation.
