The Position
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the real estate sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, real estate agents, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential target markets.
- Create and execute strategic Business Development plans to achieve growth targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective lead generation strategies.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favourable terms for both the company and clients.
- Stay up to date with industry developments and regulations.
- Provide regular reports and updates on Business Development activities.

- Valid Agents Representative Certificate and Police Check
- Proven track record of success in Business Development within the real estate industry.
- Strong network and relationships within the real estate sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
