We're looking for a Business Development Managerwho is passionate about helping customers win. Whilst you will have responsibility for your Territory, this role will see you take on a key function around strategy , coaching and leading our team to deliver for our major client being Bunnings. As a member of our team, you'll have the ownership and support you need to succeed, both from your leaders and your colleagues.

Responsibilities
- Increase returns and achieve goals in your area as part of the state sales team
- Carry out and supervise national Bunnings projects at the state level
- Take charge of tasks with State Sales Executives
- Expand the market presence of products in all stores by seizing opportunities and building strong relationships
- Handle various brands in up to x channel outlets/stores
Skills & Experience
- Retail sales experience is advantageous
- Demonstrates good communication and influencing skills
- Possesses an understanding of sales data analytics
- Exhibits sound business acumen
- Is computer and technology-savvy
