We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager (Cloud and Services Providers) in our Sydney office.

As the Business Development Manageryou will be responsible for engaging the Cloud Services segment growing market share with key decision makers.   You will be incorporating offers from various Schneider Electric Divisions i.e. Power Systems, Digital Power, Global Services, and work closely with the C&SP Segment Director and Data Centre Account Directors..

Responsibilities

• Maintain BFO as to clearly and accurately represent the business opportunity as they exist today
• Set targets and ensure strategies are in place to meet each target
• Manage accurate monthly order forecasting in line with company target
• Manage consolidation of the Key opportunities within the key Sectors
• Develop and implement strategy for increasing business in the segments
• Develop and implement strategies around getting our share of wallet for the spend within the the C&SP segment

Ideal Candidate 

• Degree in Electrical Engineering / Management or trade Qualifications with business management experience
• Training in leading sales and execution methodologies
• Proven Business Development experience in Electrical Technologies, including Software Solutions (preferably in Medium Voltage and/or Power Automation) or solutions specifically aligned with the C&SP Segment.
• Demonstrate experience in setting and deployment of strategy (business strategy and opportunity strategy)
• Demonstrated experience of consistently meeting sales targets and objectives
• Understanding of business system applications, market trends and integration/adoption issues
• Experience and skills in contract negotiation, tender evaluation & process
