We are now looking for a Business Development Manager for LE’s new and exciting corporate travel offering.
Working closely with the GM of Corporate Travel, our new BDM will develop a pipeline of opportunities and draw on previous corporate networks to target and acquire new corporate customers.
You will be responsible for:
Establish, engage and grow relationships with new corporate travel customers (predominantly SMEs).
Onboarding new customers to our corporate travel platform, ensuring a seamless experience.
Collaborate and assist the GM Corporate Travel on process, operational requirements and negotiations as required.
Be a companywide subject matter expert and advocate for our corporate travel platform.
Provide commercial assistance to ensure contracts are delivered in accordance to confirmed agreements.
Be the partner support escalation contact for corporate travel customers ensuring all enquires are dealt with efficiently.
What we are looking for:
A passion for sales and a proven track record within the corporate travel industry, together with an existing network of potential customers.
Entrepreneurial mindset to grow a new business division within an established business.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work well both autonomously and as part of a team.
