Based on significant growth opportunities, the role of Business Development Manager for Deep Brain Stimulation has been newly created to further support customers as well as the sales and clinical team. The role could either be based in Brisbane or Sydney and covers all of Australia. The scope of the role is broad and covers strategy, engaging with internal stakeholders across different global regions, KOL development, training and education, driving sales initiatives and case support in theatres. Locally you will be part of the ELT and report to the country manager.

In order to excel in this role you will have:
- A strong and proven track record medical devices sales, sales leadership or marketing roles
- Experience in DBS, neuromodulation, spine or other related fields
- The ability and passion for building effective relationships
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- A strong team player approach
- A professional and ethical approach to sales
- A pro-active and enthusiastic approach to work
