About the Role

As the Business Development Manager based in our Singapore office, you are responsible for developing and driving Channel Partners strategies with a focus on meeting the assigned sales targets in achieving sustainable membership growth in new markets.

You will develop relationships with senior decision makers and senior stakeholders including Heads of School/Academics, Chief Financial Officers, and Finance Directors to obtain access to prospective members through a business-to-business-to-consumers (B2B2C) approach.

Your Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing and driving implementation of South Asia and Philippines' plans to attract the next generation of CPAs and achieving sustainable membership growth in designated markets
  • Build strong brand presence and partnerships with regulatory bodies, employers and training partners in South Asia and the Philippines
  • Identify and develop committed, capable and scalable Channel Partners with specific business expertise to develop new markets/segments in generating new business in existing accounts and across new accounts in the region
  • Drive new membership growth through sustained, profitable value-added business initiatives and create new business opportunities within new channel partners, key accounts and new accounts.
  • Implement and achieve targets (as assigned) within the Business Development strategy, evolving product and member experience aligned to the Corporate Strategy.
  • Actively support other stakeholders and their goals and objectives across the business

About You:

You will come to us with demonstrated experience in a field sales executive in Recruitment / Business Intelligence / Enterprises solutions / Education Programs directly and through a partner network, as well as:

  • Understanding the two-tier channel partner business model and have a proven successful track record of creating sustainable channel partnership
  • Previous experience in working with the commercial team to develop go-to-market plans and achieve business targets in developing countries
  • Proven ability to recognize, analyse, and take action on go to market approaches, joint value propositions, and business cases around strategic partnerships
  • Cross-functional influence, relationship building, and project management skills toward a broad stakeholder ranging from customers, channel partners, sales, marketing, and product management
  • Proven success in a fast-paced, challenging and dynamic startup environment will be advantage
  • Accountancy and/or learning and development background is a plus
