We are on the lookout for a passionate and consultative candidate that thrives to drive, meet and exceed our Commercial Sales channel.
Working in a close-knit team, the successful candidate will be a part of our ever-growing Projects business. Reporting to the State Sales Manager and working closely with the project coordination support team, we envisage this position to have a wide scope for new business opportunities.
About You:
The standout candidate will have unrivalled passion for developing business and strong ownership of customer engagement demonstrating Miele’s pledge Immer Besser (forever better).
Whilst not essential, experience in a similar B2B sales environment such as architectural/retail/whitegoods channel would be beneficial.
In addition, demonstrated ability to meet sales targets along with excellent written and verbal communication and confident presentation skills are required. Exposure to BCI or Cordell is also advantageous.
Responsibilities would include:
- Maximising sales by seeking out opportunities with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, real estate agents and other relevant stakeholders in the residential property development industry
- Proactive approach to target new home sales channels & maintain existing new home builders
- Build & maintain trusting and productive partnerships that continuously grow our commercial Retail Agents (MCA’s) business
- Attending trade shows and industry events to maximise business possibilities and relationships
- Run weekly BCI market searches for new project leads, and follow up of those leads
- Work closely with the State Sales Manager to achieve state targets and proactively follow new leads & share information around current trends and future opportunities
