About the Role
As a Sales & Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for expanding the footprint in the Food & Beverage industry.
You will be responsible for Business Development and work closely with Management and Operations Teams to understand client needs, develop tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth.
This role requires a strong background in the Food & Beverage industry, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of engineering services.
About You

• A broad sales background (10+ years) in the Industrial Automation space, with a focus on Food & Beverage industries.
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Business or related discipline.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to analyse, markets, customer and technical trends, sales figures and transfer the knowledge in reports.
• Strong understanding of engineering solutions and their applications in the Food & Beverage sector.
• Ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive salary package commensurate on experience
