About the Role
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies to boost enrollment in the Master of Nursing, Bachelor of Social Work, Graduate Certificate in Advanced Nursing, and General English programs. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Business Development Manager will be assigned to focus on the IHM courses and will coordinate efforts nationally across all three IHM campuses as well as its international locations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase student enrolment for the IHM courses.
- Identify and attend recruitment events, such as career fairs and educational expos, to promote the courses and the Institute of Health and Management.
- Collaborate with the IHM team to develop engaging marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and online content.
- Manage social media platforms and campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract prospective students.
- Work with IHM faculty and staff to ensure a high-quality student experience from recruitment to graduation.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities to improve IHM's marketing efforts.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Requirements:
- Master’s /bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and student recruitment, preferably in the education or healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of the healthcare industry and the nursing profession.
