Are you a strategic and dynamic Business Development professional looking impact the retail display industry? Array Marketing is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive our growth across Australia and New Zealand. This role is pivotal in identifying new market opportunities, forging partnerships, and driving sales.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Strategy: Develop and implement growth strategies to support short, mid, and long-term objectives.
Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients and decision-makers, initiate presentations, and pursue new business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management: Nurture existing client relationships, explore growth opportunities, and provide specialist advice.
Market & Trend Analysis: Track local and global industry trends to inform business strategies.
Contract Management: Negotiate, draft, and review contracts ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.
Project Management: Provide detailed project briefs, lead kick-off meetings, and ensure effective communication between team members.
Financial Oversight: Perform financial analysis on projects to ensure forecasting accuracy and budget adherence.
Sales Support: Identify opportunities for expanding client relationships and provide sales support as needed.
About You:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing or Business Development, preferably in the retail fixture or associated industries.
Proven experience with leading international brands and retailers.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
