Salt Search is partnering with a Global Leader that offers innovative solutions with corporate clients. Due to growth, we have multiple positions for up-and-coming BDMs. Reporting to a supportive manager, you will be responsible and not limited to for the following: -
· Full sales cycle- from identifying and generating new business opportunities to closing the deal across an enormous range of business clients.
· Consultative Sales approach to identify customer challenges.
· Build solid pipelines (across an existing database of 200 + clients
· Make outbound calls, emails, and other activities to secure new prospects.
· Achieving and establishing solid relationship leading to exceeding targets
· Delivering web-based training sessions and facilitating face to face presentation which will involve some travel interstate and domestically.
· You will be given some inbound calls where you will be able to work on as well.
What we are looking for: -
· 2 -3+ years new Business Development or Sales experience
· Resilient and confident picking up the phone and prospecting- cold calling will be a key part of this role.
· Possess a consultative selling approach and strong relationship building skillset.
· Ability to consult with a variety of stakeholders on various levels and within different industries.
· Strong history achieving and overachieving sales targets.
· Background presenting to clients and liaising up to senior level would be advantageous.
· Degree in Marketing or business (or a related field) would be desired.
