For our Australian branch we are looking for an accomplished, self-driven, communicative and ambitious Business Development Manager with experience in marketing, CRM and loyalty solution sales.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Degree in Economics, IT, Marketing, Management or a related field
Experience in the area of Marketing, CRM, Loyalty, Campaign management and data analytics
Proven sales results in the area of software solutions sales to large enterprises
Excellent soft, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to analyse customer requirements and needs
A self-starter and a results-oriented attitude
Availability for frequent business trips (up to 30% of working time)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieve the allocated sales quota
Create a sales strategy for allocated product range and execute that strategy flawlessly
Regular and detailed reporting to the Country Manager on the progress of strategy execution
Reach out to potential clients to arrange meetings, demos and workshops
Identify customer's needs and work with pre-sales to address them during interactions
Take responsibility and lead the creation of high quality, compelling and convincing business proposals (ad hoc, or as responses to RFP, RFI, RFQ processes)
Maintain relationship with C-level or decision makers within the industry
Organize and carry out marketing activities in order to promote the expertise and brand of Comarch (email campaigns, cold-calling, website, events, etc)
Identify, negotiate, organize and take part in industry events; when required be available to represent Comarch as a speaker on such event
Negotiation favourable financial and legal conditions with customers
Cooperate with the product team to drive innovation and change on product road maps
