About the role
We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Sales professional to join our collaborative and vibrant Sales team at The Ascott Limited.
The Business Development Manager is a key role within the corporate sales team, representing all brands in Australia - Quest Apartment Hotels, Citadines, Lyf, Oakwood & Somerset.
Excitingly, this role has the flexibility to be based anywhere in Australia.
This an opportunity for aspiring sales professionals, providing a supportive, fast-paced and collaborative environment where success, growth and development is key.
In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for:
- Do you love the thrill of the chase? Uncover and qualify new business opportunities from the corporate market for existing properties across all brands – Quest Apartment Hotels, Citadines, Lyf, Oakwood & Somerset
- Entertain prospective and existing stakeholders to sustain business and generate further sales
- Maintain and grow market share for an existing portfolio of corporate accounts
- Developing close working relationships with the franchise network and property-based sales team members
- Love to travel? Regular interstate travel is required within this position
