ABOUT THE ROLE
The Business Development Manager is responsible for hunting new business within transport, local / interstate freight and 3PL warehousing.
Location: Erskine Park, NSW
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead generation
- Market research
- PowerPoint presentations
- Generating sales reports
- Management of client records
- Relationship management
- Selling all taxi-truck and 3PL warehousing services
- High level of attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Honest and transparent
- Exposure within Transport
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Current unrestricted drivers licence
- Experience within building strong relationships
- Knowledge of the Sydney market
- 2-3 years experience within sales within transport, local taxi-truck services or interstate freight forwarding
