Our client is a family-owned taxi-truck and warehousing business that has been in operation for over 30 years.

ABOUT THE ROLE  

The Business Development Manager is responsible for hunting new business within transport, local / interstate freight and 3PL warehousing.
  
Location: Erskine Park, NSW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES   

• Lead generation
• Market research
• PowerPoint presentations
• Generating sales reports
• Management of client records
• Relationship management
• Selling all taxi-truck and 3PL warehousing services

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES 

• High level of attention to detail
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills    
• Honest and transparent  

ESSENTIAL   

• Exposure within Transport
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Current unrestricted drivers licence
• Experience within building strong relationships
• Knowledge of the Sydney market  

HIGHLY DESIRABLE

• 2-3 years experience within sales within transport, local taxi-truck services or interstate freight forwarding
