Where you'll be working
Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown, and The Hills Shire, Holroyd and Parramatta Local Government Areas (LGAs) and tertiary care to residents of the Greater Western Region. What you'll be doing
The purpose of this position is to provide high level leadership and support to the individual Teams within Revenue in regards to WSLHD's revenue maximisation strategy. The Business Development Manager will educate, train and lead outpatient billing for WSLHD.

Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in staff management with the ability to lead team performance to achieve service goals.
- High level communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with proven experience in strong negotiation, problem solving, conflict resolution and leadership.
- Demonstrated knowledge of NSW Health systems, such as Power Billing Revenue Collections, Revenue Toolkit, Revenue Portal and other patient related health systems.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise competing demands and achieve customer focused results.
- Ability to prepare local procedural documents, educate staff, provide extensive and knowledgeable training and ensure adherence to NSW Ministry of Health Policy.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and well organised to ensure efficient management of workload and priorities.
