Business Development Manager - On Road – South East QLD
$65K base + $15K Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission and Bonus Incentives
No Sales Experience Necessary however MUST be genuinely looking for a long term career in Sales.

About the role
We require a Business Development Manager for our expanding QLD Wholesale Department for B2B On-Road Sales within the Lighting Industry to drive retention and sales growth.
Reporting to our QLD State Sales Manager, most of your time will be spent on the road canvassing a range of both established & prospective clients within your Portfolio on the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Northside & surrounds.
Must reside in South East QLD.
The role requires quarterly travel Interstate to Melbourne for training and an initial 4 weeks of intensive onboarding training in our Melbourne Head Office.
The suitable candidate will be;
- Presentable
- Proactive in their approach
- Highly motivated and can work autonomously Enthusiastic, passionate, and keen aptitude to learn
- Have demonstrable persuasion, negotiation skills and communication skills
- Willing to develop sales acquisition – outbound calling, lead generation, Business Development and building rapport with a client base
- Results and customer service focused, driven to succeed and wanting to develop a career.
Must hold a current valid Queensland Driver's License.
