This agile and fast-paced tech business is transforming how law firms automate and streamline processes, while increasing revenue and growing market share.

We are seeking an ambitious and sales-driven Business Development Manager with a passion for high volume outreach, both warm and cold, with experience managing full sales cycles. You'll have access to over 5000 potential clients which will be fairly warm.

The Role:

• Consult with new and existing companies in order to achieve sales targets, maximise revenue and attract new clients
• Develop and manage a pipeline of active opportunities
• Full-cycle sales: lead generation - presentation - demonstration - closing
• Provide a solutions-based approach
• Provide excellent knowledge of the product, utilising solutions-based, information-first sales techniques
• Visit clients in person within your territory

The Candidate:

• Previous Business Development experience in the Tech field (ideal but not necessary)
• Candidates with experience selling into professional services, accounting & legal firms and real estate will be favoured
• Ability to sell online, in person and over the phone
• Strong interpersonal & clear communications skills
• High level of influential negotiations skills
• Proficient Microsoft Office Suite and Zoho. (Zoho experience preferred but not essential)
