We are seeking an ambitious and sales-driven Business Development Manager with a passion for high volume outreach, both warm and cold, with experience managing full sales cycles. You'll have access to over 5000 potential clients which will be fairly warm.
The Role:
- Consult with new and existing companies in order to achieve sales targets, maximise revenue and attract new clients
- Develop and manage a pipeline of active opportunities
- Full-cycle sales: lead generation - presentation - demonstration - closing
- Provide a solutions-based approach
- Provide excellent knowledge of the product, utilising solutions-based, information-first sales techniques
- Visit clients in person within your territory
- Previous Business Development experience in the Tech field (ideal but not necessary)
- Candidates with experience selling into professional services, accounting & legal firms and real estate will be favoured
- Ability to sell online, in person and over the phone
- Strong interpersonal & clear communications skills
- High level of influential negotiations skills
- Proficient Microsoft Office Suite and Zoho. (Zoho experience preferred but not essential)
- Uncapped Monthly Commission structure
